The client’s existing outdoor deck was collapsing — built on-grade with deteriorating wood and failing retaining walls. Collaborating with Pharrell Contracting, the old structures were replaced with a new masonry patio and custom bluestone staircases. The project was completed under tight deadlines for a client’s upcoming event at their weekend home. The result transformed a deteriorated outdoor space into a durable, elegant patio suitable for entertaining.
